Cub Work Session #240

The fuselage is now in the paint booth. On Friday we started the process of masking off the cabin area, a task that is more involved and taking longer than we anticipated. More needs to be done, but we still expect to start painting next week. Meanwhile, we worked on the chapter house today. It was too cold and windy to do anything much outside, so we concentrated on cleaning up and rearranging the mess we've made with the project over the last few months. We also began moving some things over to the new Cub hangar which is right next door. All of this is in preparation for the May 10-11 fly-in. Steve Gross delivered scaffolding for our use in painting the exterior. On Wednesday we hope to move Joe's plane up from the old Cub hangar along with anything else still left there. Lots more left to be done. The next work session will be Wednesday, March 27th at 9:30.
