Cub Work Session #66

Work continued today on the removal of paint from the airframe. The job was made easier now that Mike has put the finishing touches on the mount for rotating the fuselage. Jerry also worked on fabricating some clips for attaching the new stringers while Chris and I worked on inventorying, disassembling, and cleaning parts of the control system. Jerry is going to Manassas on Thursday to talk with the company that may blast and prime the fuselage. The next work session will be Saturday, March 11th at 9:30. Jerry's son is going to join us with welding equipment to attach the stringer clips. We also hope to finish removing the last of the paint in preparation for blasting and priming.
